this is an easy to follow kit. The patterns are elegant and beautiful. All the sequins are included which make them sparkle

I haven't started making them yet, but will soon so I can have them ready for the Christmas tree in December.

Beautiful ornaments and a great kit--though there was not nearly enough gold metallic thread. If you're worried about running out, make the gold-thread-intensive ornaments first, and maybe make the hangers out of narrow ribbon instead. I made the curls for the 9 ladies dancing by wrapping the yarn around a straw and spraying with tons of hair spray. Also, the 11 pipers piping are represented by a guy playing a trumpet, but whatever. These ornaments are BIG. The first one is a little bigger than my hand, so make these for a large tree or maybe a wall display.

Very nice kit! I love the quality and thickness of the felt in this kit.When I purchased I was worried about the size of each ornament, but when I got it I was pleasantly surprised - they aren't small and they are wonderfully detailed.I have a lot of pleasant craft time ahead of me! That's my 6 kit from Bucilla, and they never disappoint me.

I love how beautiful it turned out. Fun to do!I'm going to do 2 Turtle Doves next all to match my 12 days of christmas tree skirt and 12 days of christmas tree ornaments!

The original kit produced by Bucilla had heavy felt and much better and more supplies such as beads, floss and sequins. The reproduction kits that are now being produced by Plaid no where near the same quality. That is why there is such a difference in the true original kits and the reproductions that are now being sold for about $30-$40. I made the tree skirt and it is gorgeous and so was the original stocking that matched but when I started to make these, I didn't even bother to cut them out because I knew they would not last as ornaments because ornaments are handled more than a stocking or tree skirt. There is difference in the shades of colors as well. Stick with the older bucilla kits. They ar much easier to work with and are durable enough to last generations. The designs are superb.

I'm making these 12 felt pieces for a Christmas wreath project. Rec'd promptly and each felt ornament seems easy to assemble although I'm not sure I'll use all the sequins. I'm also adding my own design stitches.

A gift to myself but wish the felt was a little thicker.
