I got it for Rs 5.5k during the republic day sale. I also have a Bose Soundlink Color which costs double of this but Tribit can almost compete at the same level when it comes to the overall product. But if you are the kind of user who likes to just switch on and play songs without the hassle of equalising or fiddling with settings, it may not be for you. I'd say go for Bose or JBL or other Tribit models.- The speaker is heavy and has a great battery life. I have to only charge it once a week (with 20% remaining) if I use it for 3-4 hours everyday. Supports reverse charging over 50% battery life.- I was not impressed by the native equalization. It is quite bad at low volumes. Firmware upgrades have improved it but I prefer a custom one. You will end up using different equalisers for some genres, especially if you listen to hard rock and metal. The lack of a well-balanced equalizer is the biggest drawback and the most frustrating part of it.- The clarity is quite amazing even at higher volume levels. With custom equalization, I have been able to get a better sound staging and some volume boost. Turn on the AAC mode as well!- The Xbass mode is usable but it comes at the cost of both sound presence and volume. I don't prefer too much bass. I like a balanced sound with a lot of sound differentiation.- The connectivity and range is good. I didn't personally observe any sound lag issue while watching movies or videos. Make sure you're upgraded to the latest firmware version.- The build is also quite strong. I accidentally dropped it from a high height but apart from a few minor scratches, neither the sound or the speaker body has been affected.- Great for listening to most of the genres. Not that great for hard rock and metal (but can be if you equalise it well).Here is a custom equalization that one gentleman had suggested (thanks a lot to them) in one of the global reviews that worked best for me. Good enough for the price. Sound quality is adequate not outstanding. Bass is very mild, but clarity is good.

Today I have been using the speaker for the last one months and I am giving this review after listening to different types of music in different modes. There is no other speaker that can compare to this speaker I have jbl speaker jbel earphones sony earphones i have also heard Bose soundlink at couple of places this is the speaker that compares to Bose soundlink Bose soundlink in half the priceIf you install it for 4000 rupees and compare the plan and even if you compare it, it gives the same sound as the boss sound link, so what's worse, there is JBL's waterfall in bluetooth speakers. There are also speakers up to Rs 1 lakh but Tribit is a brand that is trying to provide a premium sound and in the coming future we will see Tribit's speaker brand reaching our homes.
