How do you know the size to get? I have a 3 1/4 inch palm. I'm 5'4"

What size would an 8 inch hand use?

The correct size is determined by the vertical length and the circumference (excluding your thumb) of your hand. A medium paddle is suggested for a 7.25” vertical length and 8” - 9” circumference. A large paddle is suggested for a 8” vertical length and 9” or more circumference. Hope that helps!
