Do not order this product. I used it 3 times and it worked great but on the 4th time it did not produce any yoghurt but the Half and Half was still liquid after 36 hours. Unfortunately I was outside the 30 days return window and Amazon Customer Service asked me to contact the manufacturer directly. They were unable to give me the link to the manufacturer but walked me through on the Amazon Website to find the manufacturer. Unfortunately my effort did not produce the contact information of the manufacturer. Amazon then offered a gift certificate of $ 15 but the Yoghurt maker cost over $ 40.00 so I lost $ 25 on a product which should have been under warranty, as I have only had it for 3 months. Amazon is selling products with no contact information about the manufacturer so one has no recourse when the return period is over and the product is faulty or breaks. Please do not buy this product from Amazon. I THINK AMAZON SHOULD STAND BEHIND ALL THEIR PRODUCTS AND REIMBURSE THE CUSTOMER WHEN THERE IS NO MANUFACTURER CONTACT INFORMATION AVAILABLE.
