If the progesterone you are using does not say that it is micronized, you may want to consider switching to one that is. Higher grade bioidentical progesterone is micronized and will state clearly on the label that it is.

I have used several different brands purchased on Amazon, including one they are no longer offering. I basically had the same results with all of them, but I do prefer the pump bottles as you get a more consistent dose each time.

Easy question. At first I was guessing, then I read some more and found the simple answer. Just press down (fully) and it will release just the right amount.

Q: is mendapause 3% cream all natural?

I do not believe so. It is a homeopathic formula but not necessarily all natural. It does contain hormones.
