The best book I have read for cancer and wellness
Chris Wark’s book “Chris Beat Cancer” is the best I have read for wellness and foods to eat or drink to aid in cancer and health situations! It is well written also! Lots of great information. Whenever I hear of someone I know has cancer, I tell them about his book! I highly recommend it! Chris Wark has videos on YouTube and social media too.

A Beacon of Hope for Our Family
I bought Chris Beat Cancer for my stepdad, who was recently diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, and this book has been a blessing for both of us. Chris’s personal journey and the comprehensive plan he lays out gave us hope and practical steps we could follow right away. It’s empowering to know there are things we can do to support his healing, beyond just relying on traditional treatments. The book is packed with easy to understand information on nutrition, detox, and lifestyle changes, which have already made a difference in how we’re approaching his care. Chris breaks everything down in a way that doesn’t feel overwhelming, making it accessible even for those who are new to this kind of holistic approach. For anyone facing cancer or supporting a loved one through it, this book offers not only valuable information but also encouragement and hope. We’re so grateful to have found it during such a difficult time.

Medical Trailblazer... You can do it too
Disclosure: I havent been able to finish this book yet, ive only had it one day. But I've watched the modules and perused the website, and read a good chunk of it. It seems like it will be really helpful for my father in law. In the last week he was diagnosed with the same colon cancer Chris Wark defeated with surgery, diet and faith. While my copy is out on loan (along with Radical Remission), I may go get myself another one to finish it.What I liked about the book: the beginning is personal story about how Chris was drug from his successful, carefree life to a life where cancer had to be addressed. I'm glad he started it this way because I'm mire of a literature reader. But within a few pages he lays the groundwork for why we are not as healthy as we think we are. I've come across many people who take chemo and radiation that say "people can eat healthy and still get cancer". And know what that is true. Chris even says somewhere in his modules that its not to put shame on people..... Its just that we don't realize how healthy healthy is , and how toxic our world is. This is important so we will see that we often have blind spots. Either there are areas we miss where our body is vulnerable to cancer and disease or we over estimate how healthy we are in that area.I didn't get much further in the book but I flipped through and saw that recipes were included, items of focus were addressed like the most potent foods agaInst cancer, teas and more. As soon as I get my copy back/get anothet copy I'll update with more.I think this book is really worthy of consideration of it's contents. Not only did Chris beat cancer for longer than expected, he did so without chemo and radiation. Not only does he share his experience, but the experience and research of many others. And what is the cancer industry doing? Instead of continuing to push for a cure for cancer after decades past and billions received, it seems the effort is shifting to "living with the disease". What? That is not acceptable. No one wants to have science focus on living with their disease. We are already doing that. Also, diseases have been cured by anecdotes(penicillin), but now anecedotes are ignored. And are doctors publishing their successful patient studies and interested in how they beat their cancer naturally, sharing it with others? By and large they are not. This is another case of medicine missing the mark. I'll update this review soon.

A MUST read for anyone who's been given a cancer diagnosis.
For anyone who has been given a cancer diagnosis...this is a must read. Chris has done all the research for you and has honed in on the most important aspects that will help you eliminate cancer from your body. He has brought to light what your oncologist has neglected to tell you...that your current diet and lifestyle has caused your cancer. Why are we not being told these most important aspects of the origins of cancer? Because cancer is big business. I give this book to anyone in my family that has received this devastating diagnosis. I hope to never get cancer, but we are all born with cancer cells. However, it's how we live our lives and what we eat that triggers these cancer cells to morph into cancer. I personally have incorporated his vast knowledge into my own life as a hedge of protection against this deadly disease...and I am healthier for it.

Cancer NP
Hello All,First I do not have cancer ,but started on my plant based/whole food diet after being told I had pre-diabetes. I was a statistic waiting to happen. Although I was not overweight I had belly fat which is the type that makes you insulin resistant. I started with a Daniel Fast being led by a group on AM Wisdom and Spirit Led Prayer on Clubhouse.Me Vegan. No way, but I was offered the easy way out Metformin. I made a hard decision and began to research this lifestyle. My mother and father had cancer and other ailments and I decided that I needed to change. I stumbled on Chris' podcast and that led to me finishing this amazing book.I have friends with cancer and I am recommending this book. I am not here to tell people not to take chemo that needs to be God led ,but I do want people to know that we have choices. How I wish I could roll back time and tell my father and help my mother with diet changes. I have others in my family who are sick with other co-morbidities and how I will recommend this book. Yes this is geared towards cancer patients, but there are many ways to destroy one's body and eating processed food is one of them. Chris gave me insight on organic vs non organic, he let me know what vegetables can help me avoid diabetes and prayerfully cancer. I must say that Chris would make a great nurse ,because like the nursing profession he believes in holistic health: Spirit, body, and soul!Thank you Chris for sharing your journey!
