中に入れるウェスは多い方が良いかな？と、多めに14ｋｇ買って詰めてみましたが、全部入りました。15kgでも良かったかも。使い心地は思ったより良いです。たくさん練習したいと思います！

思ったよりもいい
サイズは5フィートです。詰め物は10キロの歯切れと自分のいらない服3キロ、ダンボールを棒状にした物を5本。大腿に1本ずつと背中に3本入れました。重量は13キロくらいでしょうか。思ったよりも自立してくれてます。あとは耐久性…まだあまり使ってないので耐久性だけ怖いですね
