It works for me. I don’t get up in the mornings stiff all over. If I stop taking them, my stiffness comes back. I’ve tried others, but they don’t work as good as this one does.

Tastes great. Contains the black pepper that is supposed to enhance the tumeric's anti-inflammatory properties. You don't taste the pepper at all.
