This power does not have a flavor BUT it does change the taste and consistency of smoothies. It is hard to explain. I have been using it for a few weeks and see no improvement in hair, skin or nails. UPDATE: I have now been using this product for almost four months. My toenails are growing faster but not my finger nails. No noticeable improvement in thickness or strength. My hair is softer and growing faster but I have not noticed an increase in thickness. I think there is a mild improvement in my skin but noting really obvious. I also have been experiencing pain from an injury to my right knee. The injury occurred about a month after I began taking this collagen powder and I have not noticed any decrease in pain since the injury. Bad injury. I have really noticed an increase in my energy level - way up from what it was before I started this collagen powder. I have upped my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars and will continue taking this collagen powder.
