This thing is an absolute 5 star product. I used to use a Plantronics Explorer a lot, and after deciding I wanted to get another one I discovered it's no longer made. I found this earpiece after a quick Amazon search and at its extremely low price figured there was no harm in giving it a try. It works exactly how the earpiece I used to have did, and the build, sound, and overall quality of it, is no lie just as good as id say I remember my Plantronics earpiece being. Volume can be set from very low to very high, call quality is great for both parties based on feedback I've gotten. The battery life is INSANE I put this thing in my ear at 3AM and don't take it out till I get home at about 7PM (often times I don't take it out till I go to bed because I use it as a headphone as well as a headset). After 2 days of that and listening to podcasts for probably 80-90% of my day it will be at 80% battery. I know it could go a lot longer but that's the longest I've used it without changing. Which is another thing, after running for 2 days and getting to 80% battery it will charge in about an hour which it is also USB-C another bonus. As far as comfort and fit it is about what I remember from my Plantronics earpiece, the plastic loop hurts my ear after a while, but I use it without it just fine and working a blue collar job I don't have issues with it falling out, when I rely on just the loop on the earpiece to hold it in, as it's pretty light for what it is. It also comes with several different ear tips, and 2 different behind the ear loops, it all comes in a nice little round zip up case with a carabineer. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for this style of Bluetooth earpiece.

The earpiece fits me perfectly. The sound quality is great, especially for the price. I thought that it would be a waste of money to purchase, but it has proven to be quite effective and dependable. I bought two of them, black and silver.

It's good for music but during phone calls it sounds like the person is underwater. Not quite sure if that on my end or their end. It's comfortable. Battery lasts a lot longer then I thought it would. I mostly use it at work to talk to my mom since my job can be a bit sketchy and it's an added comfort that I can be on the phone with her while getting things done.

Love this headset. I’m surprised at how good the quality is on this for being so cheap. Came with a charge on it and immediately synced to my computer no problem. It’s been great I can hear perfectly and no one has any issues hearing me on teams. I like that it comes with a little storage case and the additional ear tips. I’ll be buying at least one more just in case I lose on or something happens but for the price I’m very impressed. It’s not airpod sound quality but I wouldn’t expect that for under $20. Definitely recommend!

I could just as easily given this 4 stars...my real grade is a 3.5 star. It's mediocre, but it's solid enough that it's very good for the price. It's been a while since I had to buy a bluetooth earpiece, and I was pretty disappointed in the selection. I realize not many people use these anymore, but I don't like the 2-ear headphone option, and I don't like talking on my car's bluetooth. I was prepared to spend on a "good one" this go-around, but found almost none that consistently performed well and people really seemed to like. I considered buying a $200 one but even that had such mixed reviews when I looked at the most recent reviews. This one seemed solid at worst, so I figured I'd get it and maybe keep looking for a great one (which I didn't lol).This thing is a little bigger and thicker than it needs to be, but not by much. And once you get it connected, it's solid. Sound quality is fine and I never ever lose connection. Volume isn't the loudest but typically good enough. Where it's terrible is if it's off and you want to turn it on and answer an incoming call. Every other bluetooth in my life (a lot) has automatically connect to the call within a few seconds. Not this thing. Ever. It'll take a few seconds, then connect for a few seconds, that go mute again. Then nowhere for a few seconds...not on bluetooth or your phone. Absolutely maddening if you even try, and I learned not to. So I either leave it on, or I answer on my iphone. Maybe I just stay on speaker, or if I know it's a lengthy conversation, I ask if I can call them right back. If there's no incoming call activity, I can turn on the bluetooth and it will connect in 10 seconds or so, and then I'm fine. But it took a little getting used to, having to plan around not being able to just turn it on and take a call. And frankly it's annoying as hell I have to, and the reason for only 3 stars. Borderline ridiculous with tech today. But once you get past that, it performs well and consistently. Certainly worth the $30 or whatever I paid for it. Even if you have it as a dependable backup and look for something better.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I owned one previously and I love this simple bluetooth.it lasted over two years for me and for the amount of time I used that version, I know I got my money's worth from it! This bluetooth is easy to use, easier to place in your ear especially when you wear glasses. It does not irritate the ear or the ear canal, the people on the other end of the line can clearly hear you and can even make out at times whether I am driving hands free, or at home doing laundry and such. It is clear and it holds a long time charge. I can use it on my other electronics devices & it synches with both of my phones, personal and work, which is the reason I have it is for my work phone, it does not synch in my vehicle so I refuse to drive while holding a phone. Hands Free is the smart way to drive and talk. It weighs almost nothing, and it is not not very big, Plus, I love its name, New Bee! What's not to love?

Clear sound and I'm heard well. But I couldn't figure out how to hang up and redial. Turns out there's a "hidden" button.So, keep the instructions!Now that I know, it's so easy to use and lasts a long time on charge.
