Are these individual boxes or individual bags?

Two varieties of potato are in one box, the Au Gratin and the Scalloped flavors. Inside the box are individually packaged potatoes, and flavor packets. Preparation is easy, a nice, quick, side dish.

Is there any soy ingredients in the potatoes

There is no mention of soy in the list of ingredients.

How many servings per box?

It really depends on how much each individual eats. It makes about 6 3/4-1 c. servings. We usually make two boxes for my family of six - some REALLY like potatoes. We always have leftovers; they're great to microwave, too.

It says 6 boxes. Does thet mean there are 36 packages total? Or is it just 6 bags in 1 box?

6 bags of spuds, 3 bags of au gratin mix, 3 bags of scalloped mix. good stuff.
