This TV has been a great upgrade for my basement use. The picture is sharp with vibrant colors and good brightness, making movies and shows look amazing. The built-in speaker is surprisingly powerful with clear sound and solid bass, so I don’t feel like I need a soundbar right away. Setup was simple, and the Fire TV interface makes streaming very convenient. Overall, a great value for the features it offers.

This is one of the wort Televisions I have ever owned. The picture quality is the only redeming quality and even it can be iffy at times. It is the AWFUL software experience. You are constantly forced to use the home button and see the ad-ridden Home Screen.There is no dedicated input button. Just a button that shows the last apps, inputs, etc. But it is made even worse by the fact that you can't just double click the recent button and jump to the previous input. Its a slow, annoying process. The bugs are constant. Changed your mind and want to stick to the same input? Half of the time you press the back button your TV screen goes black. What? Why?There is ZERO button customization on this awful remote. There is zero accessibility customization for the buttons or individual apps. Anyone with hand issues should avoid this TV remote. The Hamburger (Menu) button is practically non-existent in most circumstances. It does just about nothing. I'm using it right now and it does nothing. Why can't I reprogram it or the "recents" button to change inputs on a double press.I can't rename my Inputs so my PC has to either be a "Media Station" or "HDMI3" or "ROKU" - all those options but none for "PC" -RIDICULOUSLY amateur.Going to the home page makes me sick. It shows me nothing I want to see. It doesn't show me my Plex or youtube notifications or videos I might be interested in. Instead it shows you paid Amazon SLOP.I'm likely going to return this TV. After this experience I will never buy a Hi-Sense product again. I will let everyone I know to avoid this brand like the PLAGUE.

Wow! What a great TV. I was expecting a mediocre TV, but I was pleasantyl surprised to find a stellar TV. Let me start with the sound. This TV has a subwoofer right in the middle of the rear of the screen and that gives it a good amount of lower frequency sounds. It sounds more natural and full for a TV. It is able to hit the higher volumes with little degradation in quality too. I notived the vopice might be a little more prominate, which is good. The picture is very nice too. The colors are very defined with them seeming more vibrant than I am I used to. The array backlighting is noticable with the shadows being properly dark, mixed with the lights being bright, and at very good mix of the two. This is a Fire TV, so it comes with a Hisense Fire TV remote. Looks identical to our other Fire TV remote. Setup was easy. It did need ot update rioght away and that took about 10min to finalize. My current Fire TV account loaded up on it and automatically installed all the apps right away. Very satisfied with this purchase!

Unpacking of Amazon was good. I made sure that it works before they left. The TV is awesome upscaling even beats my Panasonic 4K player. So far I love everything of it. From quality to function. The only issue I have is so far the software VLC player cannot output digital bitstream through EARC. Only the built in media player can. But it can only play the first audio track not the other tracks. Hopefully in the future the VLC player can update to disability. I need this function to play Atmos track from MKV filesI especially love the remote because it's so small and easy to use. Much better than my Panasonic 4K player remote.Updated May 5th Friday. Woke up this morning and found out there's a burnt smell around my TV and all the apps disappeared. It could have been my USB hard drive that has Short circulated the TV. Cuz my USB hard drive went dead. upon rebooting and resetting TV back to factory, I cannot get it past the sensing the remote screen setup. So the TV went totally dead. Very disappointed. But I still miss the good quality. Maybe I might get the u8 instead. The return was fast and I'm waiting for the price of u8 to come down before buying againupdated may 12th 2025. A week later I was able to get the 2024 model U6. Although I saved $200 but the video quality difference is huge. The 2025 had a much better contrast, brightness, color and motion smoothness. But I find this 2024 model works better for me because now most of my usb movie audio files can be played out as Passthrough. The 2024 media player has a lot more functions than the 2025. I was able to play other audio tracks instead of just the primary first audio track in 2025 u6 media player. So if you don't have a lot of usb mkv files and looking for video quality, 2025 model is the way to go.

Just as title says.works great without any issues. Great image quality. Was super easy to mount to my wall. Colors and images are crisp and clear. Great value for the price. Doesnt seem to be much lag and speed is com0arqble to any samsung tvs I've had. Very light and came well packaged. Quiet and doesjt produce much heat. Overall very happy with my purchase and enjoy the Google connectivity.
