The box only says "Product of California". They are very good, I pair them with a pecan or two. These dates are large.

Q: What temperature is used to dehydrate these dates?

I dehydrate them at 160 degrees for about 3-5 hours, depending on how many there are. Hope this helps!

Q: can they be frozen to stay fresh for a long time?

Yes. After a year or so they may form crystals, but still good.

Q: Can I leave these dates out of the fridge after opening? or they need to be refrigerated? Thanks!

Hi there - yes you can leave them out of the fridge after opening. They do not need to be refrigerated! We suggest leaving the tray of dates protected by the mint sleeve so they can safely stay in the pantry for up to 9 months. If you want them to last longer than that, you can put them in an air-tight container or even them in the fridge or freezer. Happy Date-ing!!
