The BEST Probiotic
These Garden of Life 50 Billion are my favorite probiotics. I have had IBS all my life. No matter where I was, I had to plan for a bathroom to be handy, which ruled out some activities like some beaches in Charleston that don't offer public restrooms. Here in my 70s I heard about probiotics and this was the brand I was recommended in a doctor's office. One a day is sufficient to help my gut slow its roll and way reduce urgency. I've used the women's Garden of Life one and other brands, plus theirs at 80 Billion, but this one is the best for me.

Great product but needs refrigeration
Lost a star because of refrigeration. The same product, shelf stable - no refrigeration required is recommended instead.
