amika superfruit star lightweight hair styling + heat defense oil

I’ve tried so many hair serums for my daughter’s curly hair, and this one from Anika is a total winner! The Superfruit Star Lightweight Hair Serum has become a staple in our routine. My daughter has naturally curly hair that can get pretty frizzy, especially in humid weather. This serum helps tame the frizz beautifully without making her curls crunchy or greasy.What I really love is that I can use it on damp hair right after washing, or even on dry hair for touch-ups, and it never weighs the hair down. It keeps the curls defined and soft, and gives them a healthy, bouncy look.Also—the scent is AMAZING. It’s fruity and fresh but not overpowering, and my daughter actually enjoys using it because of that.Another bonus: the packaging is super cute and compact, which makes it easy to store or toss into a bag when we’re traveling.If you’re looking for something that works well on curls, smells great, and feels like a luxe product without the heavy residue, this is it. I’ll definitely be repurchasing!

All of the Amika Normcore products are incredible, and this new addition to the collection is no exception! I have 33", dense, virgin hair and I've tried alot of luxury hair oils. My favorite was the Gisou but SuperFruit Star blows it out of the water in every way!! Scent? This oil is in their signature Amika scent but it's more potent and has a richer fragrance than the rest of their products, it lingers in the hair.More importantly effectiveness! This oil is thick, but not heavy on the hair and it makes my hair look voluminous and soft but also feel hydrated immediately. Usually I have to wait for an oil to soak in, but my hair drinks this up leaving instant, fantastic results.It does feel the smallest bit sticky on your hands after application, but that doesn't last and you can rub it off on your clothing so you don't waste the fragrance.

I love this so much. This is going to be my third bottle; it's currently a backup because I can't be without this in my hair care routine. I love how lightweight it is and it's really a serum/oil hybrid so it provides the benefit of a hair oil but the smoothing quality of a serum. It makes my hair so soft and smooth without weighing it down and it smells incredible. I have low porosity blonde hair and this doesn't make my hair feel greasy but instead makes it feel much more manageable and look better. I never hear anyone talking about this but it definitely deserves more hype.

I love the product! It smells very nice and isn’t super heavy. I will say that the hair oil gets stuck in the spring of the pump, and it can sometimes either make a mess or be difficult to get a full pump. Overall, I would recommend this product. It makes my hair smell nice and look very shiny.

I really struggled to find a hair oil that doesn’t grease my hair down & smells good. But this is it! This oil nourishes my bleached curls, leaving them soft & bouncy with way less frizz.It has a delicious light vanilla scent that’s not overpowering. I’ve read some people use it on wet hair, but I haven’t yet. I use on dry hair, a small pump at a time to separate and de- frizz my curls (& refresh 2nd, 3rd day ect hair).This is a good quality product with an excellent reputation.

I’m a big time amika fan. But this hair styling oil is the product I use the most of theirs. I use it daily. It doesn’t weight down your hair. It makes your hair look healthy, shiny, but not greasy. I love this styling oil

The media could not be loaded. Love this product. It smells really good. Works well and is light weight. I like that it protects up to 450 degrees heat. Can use on wet or dry hair! I use it all the time. It doesn’t weigh your hair down or leave it oil. Makes your hair feel healthier and it’s not stick at all. A bit pricey but give the quality of it, it’s worth it!

I have VERY fine and thin hair, this oil is perfect for running my fingers through fresh curls or just when the ends get dry. Lightweight, so really benefits my hair type. Smells good, but not overpowering. Also, packaging is super cute.
