Will these bubble sticks leak or can't blow bubbles?

I gave them out as Halloween treats. No leakage problem, we opened one at home and it worked, but the others left with the trick or treaters so I hope they were good.

These are for a special project. What's the circumferenc (how many inches round) are the tubes? And is the bottom end rounded or flat so it can stand?

Bottom is flat. Was disappointed in bubble wand. Learned hard way that checking size of hole in wand directly affects quality of bubbles. Dumb me. They are very small around. No longer have any, so can’t measure. About size of my thumb - not large at all. They are very colorful. Would order different type next time.
