When you see a video camera for $12 first thing you think is this is junk. Well for once the deal is Too Good to be True. Wrong folks this is the bargain you have been waiting on. It is simple to hook up. Simple to use. And the performance is amazing. It will alert you anytime it seeks out a human being nearby. Even alarm if you want . At night it will turn on its built in bright flood light. Two way communication? It's got that too. Excellent picture quality. What do you think this camera is worth? A hell of a lot more than $12. If you miss this buy then you missed the deal of a lifetime.

These cameras are affordable, effective, and efficient! I highly recommend them, and they are so easy to install; they're worth the money!

awesome product - as advertised

This camera has great color and clarity. Fairly easy connection, esp. compared to a few years ago. The minus 4 stars: the required Aiwit app works but the opening screen always shows 2 ads, one for the camera/app/cloud and one generic ad. The generic ad is often accompanied by obnoxious, loud music or salesperson. Not great when you want to check for why you heard a noise in the yard at 3 a.m. without waking anyone else. It will take a photo with motion detection but will not allow viewing the photo without a cloud subscription. No place for an SD card. Useless except live viewing if you can tolerate the ads.Note there is no information provided to allow connection with a different app. No QR code, IP address, user ID, etc. When you scan the QR code provided to take you to the owner's manual pdf, there is nothing there (page does not respond even with different browsers). So a buyer really has to operate the item intuitively. Makes me think this item is priced so low because the manufacturer make$ their money by selling cloud subscriptions, ads and maybe even personal data (you have to register with an email address to use the app).

Great footage and overall just great quality all around. Especially for the pockets. Well worth the $14 guaranteed. And if you subscribe to the aiwit services. Make sure to get the one that covers up to like 9 devices I do believe and you'll have 30 day playback for the recordings. But great product for great price.

This was everything I could hope for in a budget camera the picture quality is good, it was an easy setup, and the battery life is solid. There are definitely better models out there, but this gets the job done.
