Bad/broken product

I just received this from the mail and it's already broken one of the clips that hold on to your hair broke off and it's too big for my head and I'm a full size adult male. There's really no flexibility in the band to help stay on your head.

It’s fine for a Halloween costume for the price but mine came with the clips were broken off. I need to hot glue them back on. The headband is sturdy though.
