I love the taste. It's great for decorating cookies with royal icing. The best thing, the icing does not separate. In my experience. The only downfall I see is. It doesn't get to stiff peaks for the icing. But I just add more power and go on and go.

Because the sugar is so well incorporated when fully dissolved, add a tiny amount of flavoring & you get melt in your mouth sweetness!I also made meringue topping for pumpkin pie, adding a bit of caramel flavor and my neighbor who is lactose intolerant was so pleased.
