The fabric is incredibly soft and comfortable against the skin, which was the first thing I noticed. A little tip I'd give anyone who gets one: as soon as you take it out of the box, go over the entire surface with a lint roller. It picks up any loose lints from the sofa and it will not stick to the clothing. The assembly was pretty straightforward, it literally took me about 10 minutes to assemble maybe less though just be aware that a few of the parts you need are tucked underneath the chair itself, so make sure to check there first. Once it was all put together, I was happy. The sofa has great color with great quality. The massage and heat features are so relaxing, and having the USB and Type-C ports right there is super convenient. I've been using it for almost a week now, and I honestly can't get enough of it. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a long day.

Absolutely one of the best purchases I’ve made on Amazon. It’s so comfortable, has heating and massage features that work great. I bought the light gray and it’s beautiful. So easy to assemble, maybe took 10 min and it was ready to go! It reclines back so far you can easily sleep in this comfortable and soft chair. Great price for a great product. Doesn’t take up a lot of space in our living room.

We purchased this chair in preparation for our little one. This recliner was a life saver in the final stages of pregnancy, as I was beyond uncomfortable in the bed, so I slept in this chair.It is very comfortable! Easy to put together. Functional: I don’t love that there’s two power cables. One for the reclining feature and the other for the heat/massage feature. The massage feature is literally just vibration, very underwhelming! I leave that cable unplugged and tucked in the back of the chair. I didn’t pick this chair for those features anyhow (heat & massage) so I won’t harp on that too much.It checks all the boxes for me. It looks great! The size is perfect! The recline feature is smooth, it’s not noisy. It rocks with ease and it seems to be a quality chair.We’ve had the chair for about a month. Won't charge your phone but does ok on headphones. Very soft and large and comfortable and easy to put together. The heated element isn't very strong but still a nice addition and the massage is just vibrations but better than a basic recliner/rocker.

And the best part It was way more affordable than the similar chairs I saw in big retail stores.Putting it together was surprisingly easy. It took me about five minutes just attach the back and plug it in. A heads-up though the box is pretty heavy, so you might want someone to help you move it.The fabric is super soft and comfortable to sit on, and I love being able to adjust the position and heating and massaging functions with the remote. The massage and heat features are perfect for relaxing after a long day. For the price, this chair is an absolute steal. I'm really happy with my purchase!
