Noticable muscle growth. Excellent amino acid profile, taste and effects.
I switched to this (beef protein isolate) from whey protein isolate as I tend to prefer pure animal based products (my focus is on maximizing amino acid intake in my foods. What I have noticed over the past 3-4 months is that without changing my workouts (1-2 times a week, resistence - moderalte level wieght training) my muscles have maintained (grown a bit) but are firmer all the time. I feel healthier and stronger. I am a huge fan and just ordered my second tub and have it on subscribe and save now. As for taste, I really like the chocolate flavor and that it uses stevia as the sweetner (if you like sweet) in lieu of other less healthy sugars (alcohol or not). It may be sweet for some, but I put it in my coffee and it makes for a very nice morning routine. I also add it to shakes for protein and full amino acid profile. While the cost may be high, I think the quality, for me, justifies and I know my body is responding positively to it.

Cleanest protein powder I've found for a carnivore
I really love this protein mix. As a dirty carnivore I've been drinking my morning whey protein shake for about a year now. I've noticed that I've started to become more bloated and gassy in the past few months which carnivore all but eliminated. I've always suspected that the dairy based protein mixes might be the culprit of the digestive issues although more mild than they used to be, still very unpleasant as I was in a lot of pain most day prior to carnivore. I am somewhat lactose intolerant (can still eat cheese and sour cream in small amounts without issue). As soon as I took my first drink I could tell immediately making the switch from whey to beef was the right move. I'm only a few days in and the gas and stomach irritation is all but gone again and I haven't changed anything in my diet except the protein mix. The taste is actually quite good surprisingly. I was afraid it would have a strong beef after taste but it doesn't. Before you make up your mind do a side by side taste test with what you currently drink. I think you'll be surprised. It just tastes clean. I don't know how else to describe it. I make mine hot as I like to have a warm beverage in the morning but don't drink coffee. It mixes well with some butter, cacao butter chips, and a little sea salt. I use a frother to mix it and it blends without clumps. I don't know how it mixes in a shaker bottle or with other cold liquids. However, mixing whey with hot water will cause curding if the water is too hot. So far this mix has no problem since it isn't dairy based. My wife likes to put the protein mix in her cute little container and it fits perfectly. Give it a shot. I'm pretty sure you'll love it. I do.

Like this tummy friendly product!
I've always had problems with whey, soy and plant based protein powders so I was anxious to try a beef based product. I ordered the vanilla and so far I've been very pleased. I do find the flavor a little sweet for my taste at full strength but may get the plain version and mix it with the vanilla to solve that issue. Otherwise I do not notice a bad smell or off-putting clumpiness. It mixes fine in my smoothies and tastes good overall. I plan to buy again.

Satisfied!!!
So far so good! I just cannot tolerate even the “cleanest” whey, so I randomly saw this and looked like a decent product. Honestly never heard of it before . I have had no GI issues—yay!! I feel good about getting more protein in using this product. It mixes into my coffee fairly well, takes a little effort to stir in lol, but it’s fine. I know it will pair well in smoothies and even baking, too. The Vanilla is quite sweet, just heads up. Happy customer.

Wow! It actually tastes GOOD!
I'm absolutely *amazed* by how good this tastes! I'm severely lactose intolerant and I can't have any whey-based protein powder. The various lactose-free protein powders that I've tried are either meh or barely tolerable at best. I was fully prepared for this one to taste just as unpleasant, but it just tastes like chocolate milk! Some reviewers have said that they can taste a beef flavor, but I can't taste that at all. The texture is only slightly powdery. It's not really enough to make me notice. It blended up quickly in a shaker with a blender ball, so it was easy to mix up in just a couple of minutes. The price is also very reasonable for the amount. I think this is my favorite protein powder I've had so far!

Tasted good
I liked it. I bought the vanilla. It tasted good but found it a bit sweet; I will try the unflavored next time. It can mix in hot water to make a hot beverage. I had no digestion issues.

The taste is ICK!
I bought this to try as a replacement to my unflavored whey protein. I add protein powder to flavored coconut water that I drink when I work out. Looking for a non bloaty replacement, I tried unflavored goat protein powder first. The gamey taste was awful.I bought this unflavored beef protein next-- and the flavor of THIS in my drink vs the goat protein powder--made the goat protein powder taste delightful.🤢 This UNFLAVORED beef protein powder most DEFINITELY has a flavor. It's like a big canister of beef bouillon. You've been warned! Maybe adding it to something with a strong flavor will mask it better (i.e., coffee, chocolate, p butter, etc). When I add this to my strawberry flavored coconut water--I get strawberry beef juice and it smells as bad as it tastes. 🤢I'm stuck with it, so I have to greatly reduce the serving amount to add to my flavored water.I won't purchase this again because my definition of UNFLAVORED seems to be different than this company's. I guess unflavored to them means there isn't added chocolate or vanilla flavored added to the beef bouillon flavor. Also, keep in mind it is hard to dissolve. I have tried shaker balls, stirring, and a small foamer/blender is the only thing that works.Since I can only stomach about a teaspoon in my water, I can't say how effective it is. I gave it 3 stars for no reason other than I didn't want to say it didn't work--I don't know if it works, because I can't stomach a full serving because of the beef bouillon taste.
