I don't remember how long my old one lasted until the charging part got messed up and the middle piece detached, I think, but it was worth getting another for me :) I have issues falling asleep and while sometimes one more thing on my face (i have a CPAP machine) is overwhelming, I typically start over with putting stuff on and work my way through it slowly cuz the mask is a nice distraction to help relax. Also anything that might help with migraines-- yes please!
