Holds it all! I have chronic illness that requires a lot of meds. I’m able to keep my regular meds in the bottom, occasional meds in a section and refills in the other tray. Light weight, and sturdy latches to keep my cat out of my pills. It’s larger than I want, but exactly what I need.

I recently purchased this 3-floor medicine organizer, and it has truly transformed the way I manage my medications and supplements. The multi-tier design is incredibly smart and space-efficient, allowing me to separate pills by time of day or by person, without taking up too much countertop or drawer space.Each floor is spacious and well-divided into compartments that are large enough for various pill sizes, blister packs, and even small bottles. The lids on each tier snap securely shut, so I don’t have to worry about spills or mixing pills between compartments, which is a big relief.The overall build quality is excellent—solid, durable plastic that feels sturdy enough to last through daily use. The organizer also has a compact footprint despite having three layers, making it perfect for travel if you want to take multiple meds with you.I especially appreciate how the tiers stack neatly but can also be separated for easy access or cleaning. This flexibility is perfect for busy schedules or managing medications for multiple family members. I like this chest a lot. It is designed very well. I have a mounting collection of meds and health supplements that are currently scattered in zippered cases, cardboard boxes, and plastic trays that I want to pull together in one overall organizer. It is a large chest, but I will probably end up getting another just to handle the volume.PROS:1) Well designed.2) Three tiers for small, medium, and taller bottles.3) Snap closures at the sides allow direct entry to the exact tier you want to access.4) Handle on top to easily move around.5) Large size for volume storage.6) This chest would be great for storing other things like jewelry or art supplies.CONS:1) The handle is leather. A braided plastic might afford better longevity. I see replacing at some point.2) The case is made from a very hard, non flexible plastic. I don't see this case sustaining any kind of sharp or high velocity insukt well.3) For this kind of hard plastic, this chest is a bit pricey.

Absolutely love this to store all the band-aids and medical supplies in, made well and lots of storage space. Will be ordering another one for my medications. Size was perfect.

This is my back up meds storage container. I keep the meds that I use as a chronic migraine patient I have many that I take depending on the attacks severity and length. It's great to have immediate access and have them organized. When your in pain you don't want to spend time looking fir the meds that you need to help you

Bought this for my niece to put a kit together for her when she went off to college. This worked perfectly and would recommend this for anyone sending their child away to college. There was no assembly required and is very sturdy, well worth the money. Being that the container is made of plastic this would be easy to clean. The stacking and locking of the container is very nice.

The case isn’t as sturdy or designed well for its purpose.The two upper trays are not tall enough to hold standard prescription bottles upright. It doesn’t appear it will hold up to traveling; meant for home use. An addition of removables/adjustable dividers and an increase in height of at least one tray would increase its’ function.The latches can be difficult to lock or seem to latch when they don’t.I ended up not using this for my daily prescriptions (which was my intended purpose) because of the depth of the trays and the lower compartment. The prescriptions couldn’t stand upright in the upper trays and the lower compartment was slightly too shallow to hold the organizer (with prescription bottles) that I currently use for morning pills. So I removed those pills and use it for the meds of other family members, and general medical items. I purchased the case to hold all my prescriptions so I’m disappointed all cannot fit. The daily pills could have gone to the bottom if it came with removable dividers so it could be adjusted, as needed.The price point of the case is too high; half the price would be reasonable for what it is. I kept it but will be more selective with my next purchase and repurpose this one to less frequent use. I overlooked the same complaints in reviews but hoped the positive reviews were right. My error.
