This pillow is the most amazing pillow I've ever owned!! I have tried several pillows, only to find that they go flat and I wake with neck pain. This pillow has eliminated my neck pain!! It offers the perfect amount of support for my head and neck. My initial thought upon unpackaging it was that it was too flat...not so! It is the perfect thickness! And the best part is that it doesn't go flat during the night. I personally only use the cooling side. It offers the perfect amount of coolness to keep your neck from getting sweaty as you sleep. It does warm to body temperature when you lay in one spot for a while, but it doesn't get hot. If I need a cool spot during the night I can just move my head to a different spot on the pillow. Just buy the pillow!!

Love this pillow, it stays cool somehow and is comfortable to sleep with all night long.

I sent this item back after appx. 1 minute of use. It is a nice pillow, and extremely cooling - unfortunately it is still just a bit too high for my neck. I will say, out of all of the Gel pillows on the market today, it is probably the least high. I am just extremely sensitive and have cervical issues (neck and back). To push down on it with my hand it was comfy and cool.

The pillow fluffed up pretty quickly once removed from the package. It is very comfortable and, true to it's description, it is cool to the touch.

Thought it was just like my old one but it's not. If you live somewhere that gets cold in the winters be warned that this turns into a brick. When it finally does warm up the comfort just is not there. There's a nasty chemical smell on it too- finally got less strong after being out for a couple of weeks. Overall, for the price I thought I'd be getting something decent. Would return if I could figure out how to get it back into a box.

One of the best pillows I got from amazon. The smell is strong in the beginning but it disappears quickly, and the pillow inflates very fast. The cool side stays cool and the pillow is firm and provides good support for your neck. Recommended for all types of sleepers

When the pillow arrived, I couldn’t use it for almost a week while I let the chemical smell clear. I have had cooling pillows in the past. But, this one heated up the quickest. In just a few minutes, the “cooling” side would warm up and I would have to routinely move from one end of the pillow to the other to stay cool. The cooling effect lasts as long as the taste of Fruit Stripe Gum. At least the pillow itself is fairly comfortable.

Theses pillows are my favorite i won’t go back with regular pillows it provides me support and it cools down your neck during summer time
