The drink mix infused with creatine seems to work well.. We have been taking this for a little while now and have some results. Overall the taste isn't bad and it is easy to drink. We are going to continue taking this supplement to see how our results progress over time. Happy with this order.

The Berry Splash tastes similar to a fruit punch. However, when I drink this, it smells like a crayon. When I first drank this, I thought the cup itself was just smelly then I realized it was the drink. It may just be a me problem (my husband didn’t get any whiffs of crayon smell). But overall, not a bad drink mix.

As you can see from the pic, there wasn't much wasted after using a fork to stir the powder around in my glass cup with cold water.One of the many things I love about this product is it is good for pre and post workout. So I don't need 2 separate products. Bad thing is for 30 servings if taken 1x per day is good for about a month, but if taken for pre and post workouts then it will be less than a month. It has a great mixed berry taste, stirs and dissolves easily leaving very little waste. I just add a bit more water and drink the last bit if any left at the bottom of my glass.I have been training more for 5k races and doing more weight strengthening so I wanted to get a product that supports lean muscle gain, accelerates recovery, helps with my performance. And this fits the bill. It has very little sugar yet doesn't compromise on taste. It is made in the USA. I am glad it cones with a measuring spoon inside. So I don't have to guess how much to use.Only con is I would prefer they make this a double meaning 60 servings good for 2 months and full it to the top bc the container is half full.

This is a nice creatine option if you are looking for something similar. However, I have found that this brand is quite a bit more expensive than other brands on the market. For that reason, I probably would not purchase this particular product again.

Overall: 4 stars (above average) - This is a very interesting supplement, a combination of ingredients I currently consume separately, with the exception of Magnesium Creatine. In my mind this is best used pre-workout. Given the high per-serving cost, I’d like to see real flavors rather than “natural”, and a different sweetener than sucralose, preferably real cane sugar.Individual Ratings:INGREDIENTS: above average - Creatine (2 forms), HMB, & ATP. But also contains “natural flavors” and sucralose, both of which I avoid if possible.QUALITY: excellent - Made in the USA, GMP certified, and 3rd party lab tested. No indication of country of origin. Not much information on Nextdia is available.EXPERIENCE: above average - 1 scoop makes for a fairly good tasting drink. Only 30 servings per container, which is $2 per serving at the time of this review.
