Blown away!
Yes, I am not exaggerating one bit. What a beautiful Crystal Chandelier. There were many things that I was impressed with. First of all the packaging was impeccable. Every part was very well protected. You can tell that the manufacturer wants to make sure nothing is lost or broken. They even add some spare parts in case you need them. Just by opening the packaging you can tell how much the manufacturer respects their product and the customer. The installation though long and requiring quite bit of patience, it is fairly simple. Just take your time, don't rush and anybody can get it done. I love the design and how it looks. My wife and I are very happy. It really lights up the room. Just a beautiful chandelier. Highly recommended!!!

Abolutely gorgeous!
I love these -excellent value for the money and really helped update my kitchen. I have a remodeled 100+ year old home, and they help to bring a focal point to the kitchen. They come unassembled, but are not difficult to put together.

Light Not Wired
Bought several of these lights. One of them doesn’t have wiring to one of the lights. By the time the electrician found the issue we missed the return time. Very disappointed.

Final product is worth the lengthy installation
Let’s start with installation-each crystal has to be added with the top row a small screw. Not the easiest assembly but worth it. The final product is beautiful and just what my new custom closet needed to elevate the look and add a touch of class.

A gorgeous chandelier
This is a very lovely piece that looks great in my bedroom. I bought the WiFi switch and the suggested bulbs which was the right decision.Some of the pieces were broken but there were enough extras. The 2 electricians installed it very quickly.

improper craftsmanship
Chandelier seems to be a nice item, however I could not assemble completely due to improper craftsmanship the fourth bar to attach the 2nd level was drilled on the side of the attachment bar instead of underneath it like the other 3 this was very disappointing to realize after connecting the wires and hanging the fixture,.instructions could also be more descriptive a novice could not decipher these instructions
