This stuff is great. I cannot take b-12 via a pill. This is sublingual and works so good. It does not taste great, but I just hold under tongue for about 20 seconds and then take a big swig of water to swallow it. My mom hates the taste, but for me, I will continue to buy it because it works good and I have gotten used to the taste. It just has a strong vitamin taste is all.

Doesn't taste great by itself. But mix with juice and it's not bad at all. Plus it's great for recovery from loss of vitamin b-12 definitely gives you for energy.

I've been using this supplement for a few days and I can honestly say that I can feel a great difference. Previously I was always feeling sleepy and lethargic. I no longer feel like that I'm more alert and energetic. I feel as though I'm able to concentrate more. The taste is great and I believe it's helpful me a great deal.

The product does taste very good but it does have a little after taste but it didnt last long. I gave it a 4 vs 5 just because the instructions are very very small would boost it if they just upped the font.

Easy to use, decent flavor, works well. I didn't expect such a large amount for the serving amount but you canbchange that to preference. Would buy again. Helps me all around

Before this, I had two bottles of an expensive 8-in-1 type B-complex, but my B12 levels didn’t improve as expected. That’s why I started looking for an alternative and decided to give this one a try. For a similar dosage, I paid less and got more. More importantly, it turned out to be so effective (based on my blood work) that I had to lower the recommended serving from one and a half droppers to just one, and now I take it three times a week instead of daily. The bottles I received had an expiration date two years and seven months away, which was great.By the way, I accidentally ordered the raspberry flavor, but I actually liked it. The product works great but the smell and taste could be better. It does not taste very much like strawberries and it has very strong smell of vitamins.
