Very easy to handle and effective
Love it! I have arthritis in wrists and back and even I can easily handle this steamer. I've had many floor steamers all with the same issues...the water tank is part of the actual steamer in my hand or with floors the tank is part of the whole thing like a vacuum cleaner making getting at the ledge overhang of kitchen cabinets impossible to effectively clean. With the Dupray the heavy water is in the tank on the floor so all I'm holding is the wand or the attachment.Pros: Uses very little water. Whole tank holds 5 cups which was more than enough for me to do my hardwoods in multi rooms, hall and foyer with water left over.Less water means less drying time.Unit itself is compact and on casters for effortless maneuvering.Hose is very flexible & small so it's not cumbersome and doesn't fight me to go exactly where I want it to go.floor wands perfect length for any height persons use. Attachments go on and off with ease even with my hands. The unit itself is 'bout the size of an InstapotScrew holes are lined with HD brass so no worries about stripping them. The floor "mop head" has low profile-goes accurately right up to edge of floor to wall without leaving a demarking dirt ridge.Mop head has HD grip for holding onto a clothI can use my own cloth in the mop head but unit comes with effective scrubber pads that pull dirt away like diaper linings pull away debris from skin.If I have something gross or staining to clean up I can use my own cloth and toss it when done saving the scrubber pad from being ruined. The glass attachment have double squeegees. The corner triangle brush with a bonnet attached got all the car wash residue off my windshield easily. TGWorked wonders cleaning my bathroom grout on floor and shower & glass shower doors. I have old fashioned shower doors with tracks and even though I'd recently scrubbed with stiff brushed made for that job recently, the steamer got a bunch of grime out I didn't even notice was in there. Photo shows what was there.Cons:None- but I would like a gas gauge kind of thing to show me how much water's left in tank after use but discharging left over water's easily done by holding or locking down trigger until unit empty. I don't want to leave water in there when not in use.I recommend buy a three prong shorter extension cord. Like 6 feet.Cord with hose has great reach but I have a very large hardwood living room and I don't want to unplug and replug for the other half of room. This Dupray is an excellent price and easily stored away because it's small.

The Little Engine 🚂 That Could. Incredible Machine!
This is the best steam cleaner out there in its price range. Even at 2x the price, it would be worth it. Cleaned two decades of grime in the kitchen tiles and grout - unbelievable results. Elbow grease is required.Strong steam pressure that is sustained over a decent period of continuous use. In other words, it does not run out of steam easily!Superb design and build quality as well. Power cord is long enough to cover 12 ft distance easily. If I have to find a flaw, it would be that it is hard to tell how much water remains in it during and after use. But this is a small issue and doesn't really impact the fact how great this small piece of engineering marvel is.

The best cleaning purchase I’ve ever made!
I was hesitant at first about the price, but the Dupray Neat Steam Cleaner (17-Piece Kit – Versatile Chemical-Free Cleaning for Floors, Cars, Tiles, etc) is completely worth every penny! We recently started a renovation and we’ve used this steam cleaner in every possible aspect. With zero noise and a perfect size for moving around the house, this compact machine will power through any mess in any part of your home. It heats up at or around eight to ten minutes and works well under any conditions. Some report water leakage, but I haven’t had any problem. It is steam, so when it’s idle you will have to “bleed” out the attachment by simply pressing the trigger for a second or two.Overall, the durability and ease make this product one that I will continue to use over and over again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Solid Machine – Great for Surfaces, Not a Miracle Worker
I don’t know exactly what I was expecting, but I did a lot of research before purchasing the Dupray Neat Steam Cleaner. I’ve had it for a while now and have used it on grout, curtains, rugs, furniture, the kitchen, and the bathroom. It definitely works well, but not quite as powerfully as I had hoped. That said, it’s a great machine overall, and I still love having it. I’m planning to try it on the mattress next. My only real wish is that it had an option to vacuum while steaming, especially for grout cleaning—it would make the job much more efficient. If you're looking for a reliable, chemical-free cleaning tool, this is a good choice. Just have realistic expectations and know that while it’s effective, it’s not a magic wand.

Works Great on Wallpaper (and here's how to do it)
I bought this primarily to use to remove wallpaper. I asked several times for different products how people used it for this, but never got an answer. So here I am to say: it works beautifully. I used one of the floor pads on the flat head to run it across the wall, then a scraper to take off the paper. A couple of things I learned: Do only small section at a time (maybe 3 feet by 2 feet), and the longer you apply the steam, the easier it all comes off. I did the wallpaper and the backing in about 5 hours (in a long hallway) and then used the machine to wash the remaining glue off the walls. It still took some elbow grease, but a LOT less than using a bucket and sponge! I'm very happy with the product. I have also used it briefly to clean the bathroom tile (amazing) and the shower walls (plastic)--not as impressive, but okay. Cord and hose were long enough that I did not have to unplug and replug it in somewhere else. The tank was adequate that I only had to refill it a few times, and it heats up faster after using it (even though I let it cool down of course before adding more water). A couple of suggestions to the manufacturer (as others have mentioned): It would be nice to know when the tank is full so you don't overflow the water and to have a beep indicating when it is almost empty. As is, it just quits putting out steam abruptly. I recommend this little machine!

Great replacement for all the chemical cleaners
While spraying bleach on shower mold is satisfying, it doesn’t keep the stuff from coming back. Using the steam cleaner does an amazing job all over without the chemicals and keeps the mold and ewwww from coming back so quickly, and over and over. And of course, has done a beautiful job cleaning out window sills, you name it.
