Man these BPS knives are so nice for the price range. Just like all the you tube reviews say, this knife should be way more expensive. Came well packaged, oiled, very sharp. Great construction, solid hard wood handle that feels great in hand. Fit and finish excellent.Sheath came very nicely constructed. Thick leather. Knife fits snuggly and holds knife in perfect. So happy with this buy.

Some people feel that the sheath leather is too soft. I do not agree. True, most BPS knives sheaths are thick stiff leather--but this is appropriate for this knife.This is an excellent knife for carving! The short blade and fine tip allow for excellent and precise control. A thumb on the spine of the knife gives full control for intricate detail work.It is almost suitable for an all round Bushcraft knife, but is just a bit small. Together with a small hatchet--you could do it all. I favour small knives for Bushcraft, experience has told me that they are superior.This knife fits nicely into the utility knife leg pocket on work pants.The steel is, of course good, and it arrives very sharp.The eyelets in the sheath allow you to design your own carrying method. A leather bootlace made into a loop and toggle system would allow it to be hung of a belt without even unbuckling.

This is a great little knife for $26. 1095 or 1066 carbon steel (out in my truck as I write this or I'd verify), so it's not premium steel, but these carbon steels have been used for decades and are tough and easy to sharpen. Ash scales. It came very sharp, but I honed it a little finer for my tastes. A great little blade from Ukraine.

Just got this little fella. Super sharp right out of the box. I think this will make a great little companion knife to something just a bit larger. The fit and finish on mine is pretty good except for the fasteners that hold the scales sit proud, and I think over time, could cause hotspots on my hand.The real issue with this knife is the leather sheath. The leather is very thin and extremely soft. I managed to put the tip of the knife through the sheath on accident when I seated the knife in the sheath. It’s not the end of the world or anything but my brand new knife now has a small hole in the end of the sheath. If it weren’t for the seemingly cheap sheath, the knife would get 5 stars.

I hesitated on buying this knife for a very long time even though it is a cheaper knife I wanted to make sure it wasn't a junk knife I can never use. Nope this knife is awesome and sharp but it is a very small knife and that is why I bought it. The blade is pretty thin by that helps for the slicing tasks. I love the wood color finish on the handle and how versatile of a fixed blade this is.

This is a very cool knife. It's quite diminutive, ideal for edc. As small as it is the handle is comfortable in my (large) hand. It comes sharp as all get-out. The leather sheath is well built. One could start nit-picking on it, but come on man, it only costs $24!!!! The next better knife (say an ESEE or a Fallkniven) costs $100 more and I guarantee, it is not 5 times better. I know, because I have it!

Excellent product, takes and holds a razor edge, nice sheath, a little neatsfoot oil gives it a firm slip fit.Note. Traditional sheath has no belt loop.

This knife is exactly as described and what I ordered. Shipped fast and on arrival the superb quality was observed. The cost was very decent considering how great of a condition it was. Exceeded my expectations for sure. Handle, made of wood, was finished well, as was the blade structure and appearance. RAZOR sharp right out of the package and it was put to work immediately. Knife held up,very well and is still sharp. The leather sheath seemed to be a bit thinner than I normally like but it has done well too. I even was able to mount an últi-clip using the premade rivet holes. Overall it was a good investment without breaking the bank. If you’re looking for a puukko style knife take a look at this as you make you decision. I chose it and recommend it in my humble opinion.
