I got this bike for my son! All his friends have an E bike. It was only right to get him one too! I was so nervous getting one off of Amazon, but he has the best one out his friends group! This thing is amazing. It works perfect, he fixed it everyday! I am ordering another one for my other son next month for his birthday. Battery life lasts a good amount of time too! If you want a long lasting, good bike for yourself or kid this is definitely the one to get! So many great qualities, LOVE THIS thing!!

The bike came with a bent derailer. I’m sure it happened during shipping. I reached out to the company and they immediately rectified the issue. The bike is awesome and is faster than expected! It was easy to assemble. Don’t hesitate to order one if you’re on the fence about it.

**Update** The seller was very responsive to the complaint and offered two options (replacement parts or 80% refund). We accepted the refund as we no longer felt safe with the product.I should have listened to all the other reviews about the front wheel falling off, because it happened to my 14 year old son after only two months of riding. He crashed and was injured due to it. Terrible quality. Do not recommend. I reached out to the seller to file the complaint. Not sure I would even feel safe with him riding it again even if they do fix it.

The purchase and receipt went very smoothly. My son was able to ride the bike and loved it. However we received with some issues that have required us to stop using, and the company has been very responsive in working with us to remedy. We received the new parts in <2 weeks ( brake rotor and pedal), and the related problems were resolved. It is frustrating not to have use of a new bike for a few weeks, however the sometimes issues pop up, but in this case the seller handled them very well.Overall the bike was well packed, assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow....make sure to install the proper front axle bolt and have the locking tabs properly inserted in the holes in the fork. Noticed several reviews for wheels falling off, and this could be a factor. The bike performed as advertised, and my son is enjoying it very much.

Bike works great

The bike had a problem, after riding for about 3 months. But, customer service was amazing, and Jolene made sure to compensate everything and help me figure out the issue, as well as send me a replacement part.

My 14-year old bought this bike so he could ride to school. It’s bigger than I expected. I thought it was a motorcycle. The tires are fat which would be good if he also went on dirt. He assembled the tires and what we else (I’m not really sure. It was done by the time I got home). It has a bright headlight and small tail light. The bike puts out enough miles per charge and speed for what he is using it for. It’s a good looking bike. He loves it!
