I am happy to have the installation of this water purifier. Very good service by Amazon and UC for quick installation. It works perfectly. Minimum water wastage. Water tastes excellent. Mineral booster is excellent feature which was not there in my earlier filter of pureit. I am happy to switch to the New age technology. Filter gets cleaned automatically. 2 years of no maintenance is possible because of this technology.

I’ve been using the M1 Water Purifier for about 3 months now, and I’m quite happy with it. The water quality is great - it tastes clean and refreshing, and I’ve had no issues with filtration so far.The only issue I have is with the push/pull lever for water dispensing. The build quality is flimsy and sub-par, and quite frankly, unacceptable. It creaks under pressure and sometimes get locked in odd positions if not aligned properly. It feels like it could snap if you’re not extra careful, which is especially worrying if you have children at home.Overall, the M1 does a great job purifying water, but I sincerely hope the manufacturer improves the dispenser quality in future models.

Best product and Quality.I recommend do not go with branded products. They have their policies for sale, the product cost is low and service cost is high. Also they have inbuilt locking system of filter change, every year or by there set value the product stop working and showing red light.I have purchased the Awuaguard Royle before 3 years. First year I need replaced the PCB costing 4000 and after 6 month I replaced filters costing 5000 and addition to this there is cost of service around 400 to 1000. I have spent 20k in 3 years, similar to the product cost.Also the water wastages around 20 lit for 7 lit filtered water. And it takes time to fill the tank upto 45 kin to 1 hrs. High electricity consumption.Then I replaced Awuguard with UC M1. Used for 3 years. No error, and nothing is there. The product is working super duper.It takes 20 min to fill the 7 lit tank and waste water 5lit to 7 lit. No noise, water taste is good and TDS also maintained the same.I request UC team instead of plastic tank if they provide SS tank to avoid storage health issues.

Delivery person was horrible. He delivered the product at 10.45pm with rude behavior and attitude.Installation was good and prompt. The product was installed within 24 hrs.Quality of the product is too good. As my water is hard still TDS shown is140. Easy to use with 8 litres of storage capacity which is huge. No leakage till now, absolutely value to money. Beat part no service for 2 yrs.
