Incredible Relief & Quality!I’ve been using this massage gun for a few weeks now and it’s been a total game-changer. The build quality feels solid, the motor is powerful yet quiet, and the battery lasts a long time between charges. I especially love the different attachment heads —they really help target specific muscle areas after workouts or long days.It’s helped reduce soreness and tension in my shoulders, back, and legs. I also appreciate how easy it is to use and how fast it charges also such a great size to bring it anywhere.Definitely worth the investment — highly recommend this product and company!

FANTASTIC Massage Gun!! If you are in the market for a quality massage gun, then look no further because this one by Bob & Brad is AWESOME!!! My husband and I had a different one for about 5 years and it did the job, but it was very noisy and heavy. It had given out and stopped working so we searched Amazon and found this one by Bob & Brad. We really liked how it had so many attachments and that it came with cooling and heating attachments too. When we received it, we were surprised at how compact it is and lighter weight than our old one. I was questioning if it would have the same kind of power, but it sure does and then some!! AND it is so much quieter than our old one where we could actually hear the TV while we used it, unlike our old one. After about a month of use, for some reason it stopped charging. So I reached out to the customer service and I got a live person right away who was very friendly and professional and apologized for the issue we were having and stated it was not typical. But all they asked was for me to send some details about our unit and a quick video showing it woudn't charge. Once they received the email, they responded right away and quickly sent us a new massager. Every time I corresponded with the customer service representative over email, they were very responsive, helpful and extremely friendly!! Very pleasantly surprised at my interaction with them and wish that all companies operated that way! We received our new massager within a couple of days and have been using it daily since and are extremely pleased with it!!! Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this massager for not only how well it works, but also for the great company and service they provide!!!

Definitely worth getting one if you get or have sore muscles whether from working out or injuries.I love this massager and it comes with plenty of accessories (different massage tips) to give you the massage you need. The battery life is decent and it's easy enough to charge. I didn't think I really needed the tip that does heat and cold, but it actually works really well. It's pretty amazing actually. My favorite tip is the soft(ish) ball and if you're really sore and can't take the direct impact, you can simply turn the unit to the side to reduce the amount of impact you feel. My daughter liked mine so much she bought one too. She got a slightly different model from the same manufacturer, but likes mine better (although they have almost all the same features).The case is really nice to keep your massage gun and all of the tips together.

It comes with a sturdy travel/storage bag, which makes it easy to bring along, and a variety of attachments to target specific massage needs—something I’ve found incredibly useful. I loved it so much that I even bought four more as gifts for my superintendent, concierges, and a friend.The device worked beautifully until a few weeks ago when it suddenly stopped functioning after the battery ran out. I tried all the troubleshooting steps listed on the website and tested multiple chargers and outlets, but nothing worked.I reached out to customer service, and I cannot say enough about how wonderful they were. Not only did they respond promptly, but they carefully reviewed my situation, immediately arranged for a replacement, and even extended the warranty. They also kept me updated every step of the way on the status of the shipment, which gave me peace of mind.This level of service is rare and truly appreciated. With an excellent product and outstanding support behind it, this is a five-star experience all around!

This is a very good machine considering it's price point. I have tried several of these massagers and found this one to have typical features but the best thing I found is that the handle was a bit smaller diameter than most. I have small hands so this was a good thing but this possibly turned out to be it's Achilles heel. It turns out that to make the handle smaller there had to be a corresponding reduction in the physical size of the battery firmly impacting the run time capacity. While most of these massagers will typically run for several hours between charges, this one was very limited to between 20 minutes and 1 hour. Being fair I seriously feel as though it has a charging problem because sometimes it would recharge in 1 hour and one time it charged overnight and was still not fully charged in the morning. I returned it as defective and replaced it with a better brand.

We love this massage gun. We like it so much that we even gave one as a gift to the family of one of our adult children. It's simple to use and recharge. The grip is comfortable. Multiple speeds and multiple attachments allow you to customize your massage. The hot/cold head is nice. (It must be charged separately.)Sadly, despite only intermittent use, our massage gun quit working after about seven months, and it refused to recharge. But customer support was superb. Since we were within the warranty period, we had a full replacement within a couple of days.
