Great for subtle stress relief
Was recommended these by a family friend while having health problems due to stress. The effects are subtle, but there. It's not going to magically fix all your stress related problems, but it is a useful tool to uave when trying to manage stress. The effects are definitely more subtle, so you want have to worry about drowziness or lethargy. You can safely drive or do any other tasks while taking these.

Two a day WORKS
I’ve been taking two of these a day (as directed by my dr) for a little over a year now. I have to say they actually work!!!! You don’t really feel different or anything, but over time I’ve noticed my anxiety has lessened and I just generally feel calmer now. No smell, no taste, small and easy to swallow. 10/10

Didn't find them particularly calming, but very much enjoy the aromatherapy burps
I ordered these on the recommendation of my doctor, who said other patients found them calming. I can't say I noticed any pharmacological effect in taking them, but they do give my burps a lovely lavender scent for a few hours after taking the pill, which I did find quite pleasant.

Day 1 and A Week ish Later
I was taking Olly Stress Relief gummies for a while to control anxiety, hyperactivity and racing thoughts, and they worked great. Recently I noticed that they were becoming a lot less effective and started searching for alternatives. This was my first choice and I've only used it this morning. Took one pill. So far I have noticed a lighter mood, lack of racing thoughts, and an overall feeling of being slowed down. I can focus on conversations better, and it slightly enhanced my ability to taste, flavors seem more vibrant.. I am a bit more "lazy feeling" as others mentioned, and I did get the lavender burps. They're not horribly obnoxious for me, just a bit different. Burps lasted maybe half an hour. So far I like it.Edit: it's been over a week now. The first few days I dealt with random headaches on and off, but did get benefits as stated above. After my body adjusted I stopped having the headaches and the "lazy" feeling. The lavender burps are still a thing and so is short term lavender breath right after taking a pill. You can describe it like a light lingering, kinda like toothpaste has a minty aftertaste, but lavender instead. For the most part I would still say it helps. It does not hit as hard as the first few days, but it is helping somewhat.Benefits for me: Less overstimulation in public, better ability to relax after work, anxiety is more "inconvenience", easier to focus, deeper sleep, less irritability.Cons for me: Short term lavender breath, vivid and unusual dreams, 2-3 day initial adjustment period for unpleasant side effects. What I'm doing: Taking one pill around 7-7:30pm daily with lots of water. Taking late to sleep off any potential unpleasant initial effects, and get better sleep.

Smashed
The box came completely smashed. The pills look okay but paying for it and having it come on that condition is disheartening.

Heartburn
I’m not sure if it’s works for intended use because I’ve only taken one pill. This was suggested to me by my psychiatrist since conventional fda approved meds werent working. I was prepared to take this continuously as I am in a very stressful season of life (my child is battling cancer). Anyways I figured it couldn’t hurt - boy was I wrong. I took this before bed, and it was the ONLY new thing in my routine. The next morning around 9:30am (I had NOT eaten anything yet!) I started getting one of the worst episodes of heartburn I’ve ever experienced- and I’ve been pregnant three times!!! This was NOT conventional heartburn either- it was brutal. I actually almost went to the ER because I thought it was maybe something else (like a heart attack- despite the fact that I’m only 30 lol) but then I was like okay I’ll take some Pepcid and if in an hour it’s still painful then I’ll go in. Luckily, 20mg of Pepcid did the trick. Slowly, but it definitely took the edge off.The pain was so intense- the horrible burning, soreness; a feeling of something being stuck down in my esophagus too. The pain even radiated to my back in between my shoulder blades. After reading others experiences I think I can confidently say it was these pills. Maybe essential oils just aren’t meant to be ingested by some people?
