Concentrated multi dose bottle
Love this, tastes great and saves a bit on plastic waste from using the single shots. Wish I could buy it in a bigger bottle to save even more but it lasts a while at least.

Tastes fine. To early to say if it benefits performance but perhaps the workout feels easier. Probably need 70 ml for full effect.

Tee actual juice is fine, but it should be much cheaper when purchased in a bulk bottle like this. It's much cheaper to buy the shots, which is crazy.

Nitrate for sports
I’ve heard about the benefits of beetroot or nitrate for sport’s performance. I do a lot of running up to marathon distances & have been using this over a few days before my long run. Can’t know for sure if this works but if anything can aid running performance than I will try it. I’ve tried the shots which taste horrible but this concentrate add to water isn’t too bad.
