Absolute disgrace being able to get away with charging £25 for this product when it’s just as useless as the cheaper versions. The lift pads don’t even stick in place and the adhesive was all dried up. Only left 1 star as had to!

Works great! You just need to take your time and follow the instructions properly. Recommend doing one eye at a time and takes ages but is worth it to do it properly. Used medium and still started off a bit too curled so be wary of which size you use. Eyes didn’t sting or run at all but used to perming solution from salon. Doesn’t come with lash tint but you can add your own in final step before taking off

Awful! This product really is awful. I've used other brands and liked them, this time I went for this expensive brand expecting wonders well, I didn't even get to use lotion 1. The pads are so terrible they don't stick, and whats even worse the glue doesn't come out, I spent about 20 minutes trying to get some glue out the tube and its impossible, with the little amount I barley managed to get out I tried to stick my lashes down but it just wasn't working as it wasn't enough glue. After 45 min I accept defeat! Total waste of money, this product is really just awful and I wish I hadn't of spent my money on it.

2 years ago I had Bell’s Palsy, before this I would regularly have a salon lash lifts which would last months, since having Bell’s palsy only my non effected eye lashes would lift which was disappointing and a massive waste of money. I used this product a week ago and my lashes are still lifted, I just had to spend more time on my affected eye but really happy and will purchase again. Very easy to follow, step by step guide, took around an hour in total for both eyes and great value for money.

Item arrived on time, no faults there. However it is impossible to get the pads to stick to the eyelid, even after watching tutorials, cleaning the eyelids and lashes with baby shampoo as recommended. It just doesn't stick, the glue is dry and unusable. Waste of time and money.EDIT: after re trying, I managed to get the eyelash lift to work. I used a eyelash glue I already had (the glue in this pack is completely unusable) and used medical tape to stick the pads on to my eyelid (no matter how hard I tried to before, they just would not stick to my lid) however it worked and stayed lifted for 6 weeks. Delighted I found a way around it

Okay but dont leave on lashes too long as one time ripped all of mine off but okay perm on upto 5 minutes

So, I have ordered this product directly from Luxe and it was amazing! First ever lashlift set that worked! Needed more and was impatient so bought here without reading the reviews.... BAD OR OLD BATCH! My glue was dried out! Please buy from Luxe because this is an amazing product. I will be letting them know that the product being sold on Amazon is this way
