Q: How big are the softgels??

The softgels are much larger than I had expected. If you have a problem Swallowing large pills then this isn’t for you. However, they are the best probiotics that I’ve taken thus far.

Q: Do I have to put in the fridge? Does it tolerate 10 days shipment

We use soil based probiotics also known as spore forming probiotics. These do not need to be refrigerated because they are unaffected by heat. Further, stomach acid does not destroy them. Traditional probiotics begin to die from body heat and stomach acid so they never really begin to grow and make a difference in your gut. Soil based probiotics are also able to stand up against antibiotics as well.
