Doesn’t blow hard at all, doesn’t stay where positioned, and only worked for a month!

Not overly impressed with this fan. Should have put more faith in some of the less positive reviews. It blows are over a wide area, but not at a velocity level that the description implies. If you need something strong for moving air or drying a floor, look elsewhere.

To say I am disappointed is an understatement.I bought this to blow on me by placing on a desk in front of my bike when I ride indoors. It is woefully underpowered for keeping me cool in that task. I also have a Vornado 683 Pedestal Fan, which on paper should be weaker than the BXR but I can assure you that it is not.The specs on the Vornado website for the 683 fan say that on high, it puts out 389 CFM, which is a little less than half of the BXR, which is rated at 873CFM on high. I am stumped because the pedestal fan definitely blows more air.Other things I have issue with -1) The handles move around their axle with ease, so adjusting the position is easy but getting it to stay in that position is difficult.2) There should be rubber feet on all sides of the unit (and both handles, not just one) so that when you want to point the air upwards, as it shows in the photos in the listing, you're not setting the unit on a table or shelf on just hard plastic that slides around easily.3) I can't return it because the handles can't be removed once you install them. They click into place with no option to unclick them. That means it won't fit back in the box it came in.I am usually a fan of Vornado products, but this one needs quite a bit of work.

this is by far the best fan I've ever bought it actually blows great cold air at me unlike every other fan over had its just great and quiet

Nice fan but not quite as powerful as I was hoping. I do like that it can stand vertical or lay horizontal. But when laying horizontal you are limited on the direction the fan blows.

Horrible fan barely blows any air out even on high, super disappointed, wouldn’t even call this a low velocity fan

Makes a decent amount of cold air and it works off of a 12 v battery so you could take it camping
