BellroySlim Sleeve, slim leather wallet (Max. 8 cards and bills)

Marca de mucha calidad, por supuesto cara pero vale lo pagado. Compré una hace 6 años y desde entonces tengo una casi colección de ellas. Si quieres en tu bolsillo una cartera más delgada, estas son las mejores, cualquiera de la marca. Duran muchísimos años aun con malos tratos, con el tiempo se ven mejor. Dale, hazte de una.

Prezzo un po' alto, ma vale i soldi. Bello e funzionale, ottima fattura. Son riuscito a farci stare comodamente 8 carte e alcuni foglietti piegati

Not happy with this Bellroy product. The colour comes off, the leather rips apart where you put the cards in.I had the premium wallet before, literally no complains about that one.I thought the difference with this one would be the finish, but its actually a lot lower quality.

Ich bin ein großer Freund von Slim Wallets, bin seit knapp drei Jahren mit einem Hard Wallet unterwegs (Aviator Slide) und wollte eine bequemere, flexiblere Alternative für die vordere Hosentasche, fünf Karten und ein paar Scheine hin und her tauschen, wenn gewünscht, ist ja nicht das Problem.Ich habe mich nach längerem Umschauen für das Slim Sleeve in der Nylon Variante entschieden, der Preis von 75.- erschien mir heftig, aber wenn es funktioniert und gut ist, dann ist das Geld gut investiert.Heute kam es an und es geht direkt wieder zurück.Das positive zuerst:Es ist schlank, es ist leicht, es trägt nicht wirklich auf.Die Verarbeitung ist, soweit ich das nach 10 Minuten beurteilen kann, in Ordnung.Scheine bis 50.- (100.- habe ich nicht probiert) passen 1x gefaltet links in den Hintern Einschub, schauen ein wenig heraus, stören aber nicht beim Zuklappen.Das negative:Die Schachtel aufgemacht und das Slim Sleeve springt direkt auf, OK, eventuell muss das ein wenig eingetragen werden, bis das Material leicht gebrochen ist, aber befüllt wird das nicht besser und erfahrungsgemäß stehen solche Wallets ihr Leben lang immer leicht auf, wenn es von Anfang an so ist. Ich mag das nicnt.Die Karteneinschübe sind passgenau, könnten für meine Geschmack ein wenig tiefer ausgeschnitten oder mit einer Aussparung zum besseren Greifen der Karten versehen sein.Das größte Problem ist allerdings das hintere Fach rechts mit dem "Pull Tab"Das Einschieben der Karten (bei mir sollten es 3 sein) ist fummelig, den Pull Tab festhalten, sonst verschwindet er mit den Karten im Fach, beim Einschieben die Karten ein wenig hin und her rütteln, sonst verkanten sie.Wenn dann alles verstaut ist, ein Zug am Tab und die Karten verkanten, kommen schief raus und müssen mit den Fingern dann rausgefunmelt werden, um dann wieder rein gefriemelt zu werden, ein völlig unrundes, nerviges Unterfangen.Mag sein, dass das bei den Leder Exemplaren anders ist, also dem Nylon geschuldet, aber so ist das echt nichts für mich.Zusammengefasst: Klein, leicht, wenig intuitiv und nervig.Schade.

Perfect small wallet this Slim Sleeve! Last bill fold I used was the Bellroy Travel Wallet which I stopped using because of covid cashless life. It was worn too after a good 5 years of left front pocket with phone. Got a new Travel Wallet, but because of covid, the cash went out en receipts to keep went rare. Cards went in the phone. Still need some cards sometimes, but no longer the large and sadly new and unused Travel Wallet. Onto something tiny. Much metal options, but those are not flexible and hard in the pocket. So Bellroy again, cause of the sleeve selection. The smaller the better, but some room for folded cash must be there.Choose this card sleeve because it could hold Euro bills folded once at 80mm, the €50 bill being 70mm when folded. The actual sleeve I got is however a good 5mm smaller than 80mm as advertised, being only 75 mm and thus awkwardly close to the card sleeve and other models. This makes a stack of Euros folded pushing the folding back but folded Euros up to 50's will work. If I had known the smaller size, I might have gotten the card holder.This but this Slim Sleeve comes in Nylon so that I never have to worry about the wallet getting wet, from splashes or sweat that untimely killed my travel wallet. This is a personal issue, but a large travel wallets leather surface retains sweattiness. Very happy that Bellroy now carries the nylon. First Travel Wallet did last about 5 years to being worn. That was leather and vulnerable to moisture. This is Nylon so it could handle that much better. Let’s see in 10 years of pocket endurance, will it make it?
