Love this heater - was a reluctant buy as never had a gas heater before. However, it's amazing at heating a large room even on the lowest setting. It's even heats up the whole downstairs if the inside doors are open. Extremely efficient and quick to warm the space. Heater case doesn't get too hot either so really easy to wheel it around where needed. Haven't needed to use it on full heat, with electric heater - but tried once and my goodness does it deliver. Got a carbon monoxide alarm (very cheap) in the same room as a just in case but wouldn't go back to an electric oil/fan heater again. Love the quality of this one. 10/10 recommend. Seller is also really great, quick responses.

All parts were stuck and near impossible to get out ..instructions of what goes where we’re totally useless ..afraid to use the dam thing as does not light properly …waste of time and money

For anyone complaining about the instructions.... I'd question whether you should be using toilet paper un-aided..5 minutes and the vaguest hint of commons sense and it was assembled!!There are a couple of sharp edges on the inside.. again, common sense and a little care and these were no issue.. certainly not a problem once assembled..The heat output from the gas or electric parts individually is great, but both together... more than enough to heat my workshop quickly.Can't fault it for the money

I bought this on the 9th December 24 we couldn't get it to work properly we thought it was the gas bottle we bought so we bought another bottle and the swith wouldn't stay down so my husband put a weight on it to keep it one but we could only get 1 burner to work and if you took the weight off it would cut off then my son came to visit so we said to him he then had a look at it and the book that comes with it so he said it no 5 in the troubleshooting he read and read till he took the silver back off to get access to the ignight bit lifted it up which was lying down and he heard a click when he lifted it up then the control nob would turn so now what a difference my fire works perfectly I am really happy with it now it all works perfectly happy customer only thing is the instructions doesn't tell you to take the silver back right off think they need to tell people that it's took us just over a month to get this fire to work and out of pocket for 2 bottles of gas

Great heater. Bought this for our conservatory and it's a good heater when the gas bottle runs out you still have the electric heater. Definitely recommend

This item us used with a cylinder and yet the safety catch for the cylinder is not a God make

Works great, there's a lot of screws to put it together and the instructions are not great but ll said and done I am very happy with it
