On each insert, the size is printed on the rim of it, so it’s fairly easy to see what size you’re working with.The included brush makes it much easier to clean, especially if you get bits of milk stuck around the edges, which is pretty common for me. It’s difficult to get it fully clean when using a traditional bottle brush, but the included brush is made of a soft material that really gets the milk off.It fit perfectly in my spectra flanges, and fit pretty decently in my Mandela ones- it just needed a little bit more finagling to get a flush fit.This was a good way to test out a variety of different sizes quickly.Tip: the silicone can stick a little, and create friction on your sensitive areas. A dab of coconut oil on your nipples before you pump, and you won’t have this problem.You can also apply the oil directly to the flange insert, but it gets a bit messy. Putting it on your skin is just as effective, without making the flange overly greasy.

A must-have if you don't know the size of your nipples. With my first child I barely produced any milk and I realized it had a lot to do with pumping wrong, breastfeeding/bottle feeding my second child now and I can pump The same amount I pumped with my first child for 20 minutes in 5 minutes, no chapped or bleeding

Essential for pumping!! Very easy to understand and measure. It’s made the pumping process so smooth for me since I’ve gotten the correct flange sizes. Do notice though that this box only contains 3 of the sizes (17,19,21 mm). Luckily I was one of the sizes, otherwise you’d have to order them separate. At least with the sizing chart you would know which size you need specifically (if you aren’t one of the sizes included)

lifesaver as the flanges that came with my spectra were far too big. WET THE END of the flange, fold in half and then insert into flange and then smooth it out to make it 100% easier. putting it in dry it will not contour to the flange easily.

Over all I am satisfied, but wish there were different sizes to choose from. I love the cleaning brush that comes with! The sizing tool is easy to use, and easy to figure out my size.

I enjoy that it came with a silicone measuring tool to ensure you’re choosing the right flange. This helped us realize my wife was using the improper size at first but with the included flanges we got it going and the correct size now !
