YES - I bought the right item. So glad I did not opt to go with one of the cheaper hand-held steamers. This is awesome - quite versatile. Karcher things of everything - except they did not include any channel or whatever to store the electric cord in . . . German engineering, and German workmanship - Made in Germany and not contracted out to Asia. High quality materials. I have used this to steam clean small items, tile floors and large windows. No issue if it runs out of water - it just stops steaming. No need to shut it off unless you're going to be gone for more than 20 minutes. Refill water without stopping what you are doing - no turning it off, etc. Just pour more water in. I bought a Karcher power sprayer 20 years ago - still going strong. I am sooooo glad I spent the extra money to buy the best steamer on the market. For me, well worth the extra dollars. (A major manufacturer has recalled thousands of those hand-held steamers - but the knock-offs are still out there - beware.) BTW: I bleed red, white and blue - wish there was a US product that could compete with Karcher - but not at this time.

Great product. This machine changed my life, I used it to clean my stove and it got all of the harsh stains out without the need of chemicals, I had paint stains on my tiles and it got them out in a second too. It saves so much time compared to scrubbing, steam lasts me at least half an hour. It’s worth the money.

Love it! Works great and not required to use distilled water and it like an energizer bunny it just keeps going by just adding water with no waiting

The product doesn’t fit an expectation. There’s not enough power to produce the steam and it’s making mixture of the steam and water. The time of the heating is longer than the document described.

But I did not like everything, that the power is not the same, that heats up for a long time, that the water goes very quickly and is enough for 5 minutes. And this steam cleaner has made me very happy. I cleaned all the walls , kitchen , toilet , window frames ,The water lasts a long time.
