This is a great heating pad! Purchased another brand prior to this and it was bulky, heavy, and not very warm.This brand is very warm and not too heavy or bulky. If you have broad shoulders it may not be for you as it is rather small, but it fit my shoulders perfectly. I could feel the warmth through clothing and could sit at my desk without constantly having to readjust it on my shoulders. I returned the previous brand but will be keeping this one.

I love this pad! Drapes beautifully over neck, top of shoulders and upper back. The heat is even and very healing. To soothe my upper arm, I just unsnap it and slide it around to cover the arm. I lay it opened out on the thigh muscle that was injured in a fall and the even heating has helped it heal. I also slide it down my back with the neck piece at the top to heat my low back and hips. The shape surprisingly wraps around while the neck piece reaches just above my waist. Very soothing and comforting when the aches get to me. I use it every night.

Just heavy enough to stay on my shoulders and support my neck a bit. I have a frozen shoulder and this heating pad is saving my sanity. 6 settings, gets super warm, and stays where you put it. Delightful

What can I say? It works.I love that it is weighted. It heats up quick, and it gets the heat to the neck and shoulders where it is needed. The fabric shell is soft, and appears well made. And I like that the connector is on the front so that when you are sitting in a chair it isn't poking you in the back, which can be uncomfortable.The only thing negative I can say is that the back could be a little longer, maybe 3 inches added, which is why I gave it 4 stars. Other than that it's a great heating pad.

Love this thing. I was at my sister in law's house and my neck was killing me (I've had a 10 level cervical/thoracic spine surgery). I couldn't take Aleve or Advil because of upcoming minor derm surgery so she gave me her heating pad just like this one. I had it on for about 1/2 hour and the pain subsided; the muscle calmed down. I bought my own and use it whenever I have a flare up.
