Q: What are the inside dimensions of the tray at the lowest point?

Inside dimension is 21 3/4 inches at the base

Q: I ordered one of these, they are way larger that 23 1/2x 23 1/2. the one i received was 3 feet wide. who is doing the measuring on this?

Yes I ordered one as well it came but it was more like 45 1/2 x 45 1/2. I do believe planter bases are measured diagonally.

Q: How much weight would this hold? My cement pot weighs almost 200 lbs, plus soil.

My pots are about 40 to 50 lbs. Might work but am not sure.

Q: Will this fit 4 x 5gal buckets?
