The box doesn't say anything about being gluten free. It's milk chocolate. It's from the UK so not sure about their labeling.

You start at #1. On Christmas Eve, you open the last one. Some advent calendars will have a bigger prize or box for the 24th or 25th depending on if they go to Christmas or just Christmas Eve.
