I like how sleek and elegant the design is but in person it’s a lot more boxy. Too boxy for me. The texture is also too firm but I’m sure it gets better the more you use it. I have a coach tote 26 and I feel this one and my tote 26 fit the same amount which I was hoping this would fit more. I’m not sure it’s exactly how I expected it especially for this price. The packaging is great but I think i like receiving one directly from Coach bc they have it come in a coach box. I’m thinking of returning

My biggest concern was not getting the same experience as if I’d ordered it from the store but that wasn’t the case at all. It came in coach packaging with every piece of hardware wrapped and protected and with a dust bag! (In case anyone was worried about that like I was). Just like the site except the shipping is faster. The bag itself was in flawless condition and it’s absolutely beautiful.

Love it! Amazing quality, I bought the used one. Minor scratches on the emblem clasp but it’s not noticeable, only up close. Other than that it’s perfect I love the size and feels luxurious.
