We love that these are such a low-dose helps my grandson sleep incredibly better no next day hangover. These have helped him to be able to get sleep and have better days.

I purchased these in the hopes to help kick start rest for my little one, as he struggles with restlessness at night. I heard from a friend at work that this worked for her toddler. After purchasing, I only give him one, about 30 minutes before bedtime. To my surprise, it has consistently helped sooth him. Around 20 minutes, he shows calmness and wants to cuddle. Within 10 minutes after, he’s sleeping. He sleeps through the night and he doesn’t wake up groggy. I don’t think I will ever use another brand, since this one has consistently worked so well. I also only give it no more than 2 or 3 times a week. It helps get him back on track to sleep at his regular bedtime when he’s had a big day.

These are my favorite gummies for kids. These are the only ones I have found that not only work but taste great. My kids are extremely picky when it comes to gummies. You just want to make sure if you live where it's hot outside to be mindful of the deliver date and time. I have had them delivered and melted before I made it home to remove them from outside. It was 115 outside so they did melt into each other.

Great flavor. Good value. I only need 1 for my 7 year old when she has trouble falling asleep even thought dosage says 2. So the effectiveness is great.
