Perfect for very thin skin
My skin is like paper. I can't use a normal plaster as it takes off my skin when trying to remove it. These are perfect and what the hospital uses but extremely expensive to buy from the chemist. 3 times cheaper to buy here and exactly the same product.

Expensive but have found it a reliable product for fragile skin
Bought these for my mum as her skin is fragile and I know these will ne suitable as they are uses in hospitals for wound management. They are a nice and small if you have only a small area of skin which is damaged. They are only suitable for low leakage and can be used for up to 7 days.

Very effective
I have very thin skin on the back of my hands. I needed a dressing that wouldn’t bruise or tear the wound on removal. These work!

Great for healing open wounds
Used on a friction sore which had ulcerated, these dressings sorted it within days

Nice product for weeping wounds, but the gentle edging is sometimes too gentle and won' stay stuck.

Do an excellent job in protecting the damaged area of skin
Use 25x25 50x50 and 75x 75. I have thin dry skin and these plasters do an excellent job. Easy to remove without further damage.
