It is very good. My gut health is way better. The pack I bought in Dec 2024 has lasted till July 2015. Good value for money. One has to be careful while fermenting in summer. It ferments way faster and if we keep it for longer time outside, it becomes sour. This is the only precaution you need to take.Easy to make., good to taste, very good for gut health

I buy feel good kefir first time. They even give guide booklet which supports me very well.improving my immunity. Very easy to use add milk and strain after fermentation. Worth buy milk kefir it’s good in taste or heal wise too. Keep them clean and fed everyday, your immune will definitely strong. It’s was my first time buy kefir really happy with it.

Very low quality grains, Only the 1st batch came out well….. All the other batches i prepared turned out to be Very Bitter and had to throw it…. Even though proper procedures were followed, Really unsatisfactory after spending so much.

For the ones who have never tasted, it tastes like mild buttermilk. I personally like it over fermented, so kept for more than 24 hours outside.Very good kefir for the first 4 times. The fifth time, I observed the fermentation was not sufficient. I guess from 5th round, one needs to increase the quantity of culture to some 10 spoons or so.Otherwise, it's great.
