The length is just right
I love these MTB shorts! The length is perfect, and the pocket securely holds my phone during rides. They’re very comfortable, with padding that’s just right—not too much or too little. The compression is supportive but not too tight, which makes them great for longer rides. They’ve also held up well after multiple rides and washes. Functional, durable, and a great value for the price. Highly recommend!

Good fit
Medium fit m well - 5'2" 122 lbs. Legs were longer than my other shorts but OK. Had rubber around the bottom of legs to prevent from riding up. Legs loose but OK as well. Lots of pockets! Padding a little thicker than what I need for road biking. I usually don't where this thick a pad unless I'm over 30 miles or so. Would buy again. Haven't actually used or laundered them yet.

Fit well, very comfortable
Just started biking and I've been looking for bike shorts to make the ride a little more comfortable. These are them. They fit nicely, high waisted so they don't roll. I like the back zipper pocket for my key and the side pocket for my phone. The padding was very adequate, but not overly bulky as to be uncomfortable

Eh
Padded bike shorts were recommended to us after we got a rowing machine and developed ‘rower’s butt.’ Unfortunately I found these shorts to be uncomfortable all around. The padding in the saddle area has tapered edges that cut into my inner groin where my legs meet my body. The shorts also didn’t seem to help prevent friction in the area affected by the ‘rower’s butt’ like other rowers said they would. The anti-slip elastic leg grips are pretty tight and look like I have elastics around them.I may simply have needed a larger size, but my measurements fell into the medium size, which I ordered. I normally wear a size 6, and my thigh circumference where the shorts sit is 20.5”.I can’t give a review for their use for cycling, so they may work just fine in terms of groin area comfort for that activity.

Stretched out in just weeks. Causes soft tissue numbness and 'camel faux!'
I bought my first pair of these shorts in 2023 after getting a stationary bike for use indoors. They weren't the highest quality but fit ok and did the job. A few months later we got a new puppy and I had to put the bike riding on pause, so I didn't use the shorts for a while. This spring I bought a new gravel bike and set it up on an indoor trainer. Despite upgrading my bike seat, I found it was still too firm so I put on my bike shorts only to realize that the padding wasn't cutting it and the shorts were a bit loose, so I decided to purchase another pair.Unfortunately, the new shorts are not living up to my expectations. After just a few weeks of use, the waist and legs have stretched out. The fit is now too loose in some areas, causing shifting and movement when I'm on the bike. If I could have anticipated this I would have gone with a medium, though I'm not sure that really would have helped. The shorts lost elasticity very fast and that is beyond a sizing issue. But, that's not even my biggest gripe with the shorts! The unisex chamois used in these shorts (it the same on as in my husband's shorts) is an uncomfortable disaster! It very quickly started to cause soft-tissue numbness as it puts additional pressure in the places that I want it least. Adjusting a bike seat to accommodate for the shorts had no effect and is impractical anyway. The shorts are supposed to improve seat comfort, not require seat adjustments to tolerate. To make matters worse, the chamois started to fold itself in half, pushing up into my nether regions (both off and on the bike), while also creating an appearance that could best be described as 'camel faux.' So, not only do I get numbness and tingling these shorts are supposed to prevent, but I also cannot begin to wear these in public without getting gawked at. No thanks.I guess it's a matter of 'you get what you pay for,' as higher quality women's shorts/bibs should have a chamois designed for a woman's body that these clearly do not. The value for the performance simply isn't there. I will be replacing these shorts as soon as possible with higher quality shorts (or possibly bibs) designed for a woman's body. These do not work for me and I will not buy them again.
