Fantastic car mount... I used a magnetic mount before magsafe was invented but since my new phone is magsafe compatible I had to 'upgrade' to this and wow it's actually such an upgrade. I mean my old magnet cases were never bad, never had issues but this is just really nice. It sticks so hard even in a car crash there's a chance this will stay in place. It's nice to be able to readjust your phone in practically 360 degrees of rotation in both horizontal and vertical orientations. Definitely worth it. It comes with extra adhesives and a rubber pad too so you don't damage where ever you stick this in your car - also comes with a plain metal ring you can attach to non magsafe cases/phones plus an alignment sheet so you get it right.A true 5 sstar product - 0 complaints - high quality materials and build AND it comes in at a bargain price while also being like best in class. IDK how any product can really do much better than this.

This is the second time I've purchased this item. The first one became a little loose after a year of constant use and abuse so I ordered a replacement. I had a quality issue with the replacement and reached out to the seller for assistance. They were very quick to respond and sent me a replacement right away. I'm very happy with the product itself and the seller. It works perfectly with any Magsafe phone case and is very secure. I've never had it fall off while driving even over the largest bumps and potholes. I like that I could choose the best location for me and it was very easy to install.

I purchased this item for my F150, unfortunately the only place available to mount (my wife did not want it on the dashboard) it was on the side which ment it would be vertical that ment it would turn downward.so I had to return it.I was contacted by customer service saying they were concerned and disappointed that it didn’t work for me and offered a full refund and told I could keep it, as tempting as that was I declined and returned it to amazon.This is an excellent product, great glue strength (as I found out when I had to remove it) and well built.I am sorry I had to return it.

I finally got around to installing the Lisen MagSafe cellphone holder in my car. I'm a bit insecure about committing to 3M VHB adhesive anywhere because it is almost impossible to remove if you make a mistake especially if you care what the surface looks like afterward. Anyway, I found a location that I was fairly certain about and went ahead with the installation. I followed the instructions to the letter and It seems to be holding an sufficiently strong. There are a couple of things that I think could be better. First, there are several parts in the kit that aren't mentioned in the instructions - so there's confusion there. The instructions aren't very clear anyway. The problem that makes me give it only 4 stars is that while the articulating arm's joints have heavy drag, the rotating base pretty much flops around, enough so that taking a turn on a windy road makes the phone swivel away. I'm not sure that there is a fix for this and it is very annoying.... And the unit is non-moveably mounted to my dashboard.

VERY strong magnet. Almost too strong. Let me tell you, your phone is NOT falling off, I don't care if you are off roading ..I have only a minor complaint.. the adhesive to put this on my car dash is too weak.. the magnet is so strong it yanked the base right off. In my case I used a bit of Goop here to make sure that stayed put.Just know.. STRONG magnet..

I purchased this phone holder back in march because some of my friends had it and were loving theirs. For a while i loved mine too but recently it broke and would not hold the phone up. I reached out to the company and they were so nice and sent me a replacement right away. They were such a great example of amazing customer service and I am thrilled with my experience with them and their product.

Update - 5/22/2025 - The seller has been in contact with me and offered me a refund. That is great customer service. I believe I will be trying a “newer version” of this phone holder. I’ll keep you all posted.I really wanted to like the LISEN MagSafe Car Mount, but after a month of use, it’s become basically unusable. The main issue is that the arm no longer holds its position. As soon as I put my phone on the magnetic mount, the arm just droops down and can’t support the weight of the phone. I am using an iPhone 15 Pro Max with a standard MagSafe case, nothing unusually heavy.It used to work great in the beginning, with strong magnets and a sleek design, but now it’s frustrating to use. I constantly have to readjust it, only for it to slowly sink again while I’m driving. This really defeats the purpose of a hands-free mount.Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this product unless LISEN improves the durability of the arm mechanism. It’s not worth the money if it can’t hold up (literally) over time.

I’ve been using this MagSafe phone car mount for about 6 months. At first, it worked flawlessly — strong magnetic hold, easy to mount and unmount the phone, and the ratchet system at the base kept everything stable during drives. It was exactly what I was looking for.Unfortunately, around the 6-month mark, the ratchet mechanism at the base gave out. The mount could no longer hold its position, and the phone started tilting and moving whenever I made a turn. This made it frustrating to use, especially during navigation.On the plus side, customer support was responsive. I reached out to them, and they quickly sent a new, updated version of the mount. That kind of service is appreciated and gives me hope for the new unit.I’ll be using this replacement over the next few months and will update this review after seeing how it holds up in the long run.
